This report from OAG is based on the compilation and analysis of the flight arrival data of top 10 airlines in North America in the calendar year 2019. Cape Air is the only US airline to miss this ranking list. It has been replaced by WestJet Airlines Ltd., a Canadian airline.

The OTP percentage of a carrier is the number of flights undertaken with delay in a given period, divided by the total number of flights, and multiplying it with 100.
