1. Are U.S. citizens permitted to enter Saudi Arabia?
No. Non-essential travel is restricted. In very rare circumstances, the Saudi Government has provided permission for non-citizens to travel to the Kingdom. The U.S. Embassy cannot assist with this process.

From tomorrow, i.e. September 15, 2020, international flights are to operate partially.
