Q1. What happens if I’m missing stuff from my bag?
In the event of damage or loss of baggage or its contents, you need to inform a Caribbean Airlines executive before you leave (who will issue you a Property Irregularity Report) or submit a written claim within 7 days of getting your luggage. Submit the report, claim form, boarding pass, and baggage tags when you file your claim, along with receipts, bills, and purchase proof. To evaluate the claim of missing items, the airline may require a police report.

Enter your last name and booking reference on the relevant page on the airline site, check your eligibility to upgrade, and make a bid to win an upgrade from Economy to Business.
Q3. What is the baggage allowance on Caribbean Airlines?
One carry-on bag of a maximum of 10 kg and one personal item may be brought by all passengers in the cabin. Each checked-in bag must weigh 23 kg or less, with a maximum dimension of 157 cm.
