The garden is spread over 380 acres of rolling meadows, woodlands and lakefront property in Belmont. The appealing garden site has a long history of use by its inhabitants. Originally, Native Americans of the Catawba and Cherokee tribes trapped. The garden remains closed for visitors from Monday through Wednesday. Opening hours (Thursday to Sunday): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sea Life Charlotte-Concord is an interactive aquarium located at the Concord Mills mall in Concord. The aquarium contains thousands of aquatic creatures including sharks, rays, and seahorses. They are present in 10 different zones including Freshwater Exhibit, Harbor Exhibit, Touchpool, Shoaling Exhibit, Seahorse Mangrove Exhibit, Stingray Bay Exhibit, Shipwreck Exhibit, Tropical Ocean Exhibit, Jellies Exhibit, Coral Reef Exhibit and Conservation Cove. 4. NASCAR Hall of Fame

This hall of fame building is one of the top attractions of Charlotte. It has been established to honor drivers demonstrating exceptional skill at NASCAR driving, all-time great crew chiefs and owners, broadcasters and other major contributors to the competition within the sanctioning body. The building has four floors. The first floor has High Octane Theater that screens the videos of thrilling racing performances. The hall of honor is on the third floor that has exhibits unfolding the champions and their success stories.
