It is one of the major airports serving the city along with Washington Dulles International Airport. The airport is situated in Arlington, Virginia and is 6 miles from the center of Washington DC. DCA is a hub for American Airlines, which operates near-hourly air shuttle flights to Logan International Airport in Boston and New York LaGuardia Airport.
